How long does it take to get a response after we send you an inquiry?

We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry on weekdays.
Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

We have our own processing plant and international trade department, and we manufacture and sell our own products.
What products do you offer?

Wandu Electric mainly produces various switch products such as metal button switches, metal indicator lights, metal emergency stop switches, knobs, keys, buzzers, etc.
What are the payment methods?

When providing a quote, we will confirm the transaction method with you: FOB, CIF, CNF, or other. For mass production, we generally require a 30% down payment, with the balance due upon sight of the bill of lading. We typically accept T/T, but L/C is also acceptable.
How do you ship the goods to customers?

We usually ship by sea freight. However, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also ship by air freight. Ningbo Airport and Shanghai International Airport are both very close to us.
Where do you primarily export your goods?

Our products are mainly exported to dozens of countries including the United States, Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Australia, Canada, etc.
